  • LiveRep doesn't work

I hv tried to use the online LiveRep service mentioned in below website:

    http://www.esignalcentral.com/suppor...ct/default.asp

But when I clicked the link, I got below error msg.

Eventually I got my help by calling US phone# but it is not my preferred way of communication as I live in HK and I need to dial long-distance call. I was left put on hold for over 15min and charged accordingly.

Pls note that I also tried to change http to https but it didn't work.

    - the msg:

Try using the link in the eSignal program (under Support-> Live Rep). I just tried it and connected to Live Rep without any problems
