Not that I've seen. Do you have any details on what is involved in the calculation of this Oscillator?

simple 10-day moving average of the net differential of advancing issues minus declining issues on the New York Stock Exchange.

Hi,
You can simply use the $ADD (NYSE Advancing - Decling Issues) or $ISSU (NYSE Advancing - Declining - Unchanged Issues) and apply any type of moving average to the advanced chart.
