Market Profile on new Beta version

I love this version and it works well calculating Value Area.

Is there any way on this to figure out and profile say a weekly profile (i.e 5 days) and a monthly profile ( i.e say 20 days)?

Can you help with this as it will be extremely usefull for longer term tarders like some of us!

Did you try using w for the time interval? or m?

Only intraday and daily intervals are allowed on the Market Profile chart, so another method would be needed. Luckily, there is a way to do this in the current beta, albeit it's not the most elegant method. Here's an FAQ we will be posting upon the release of 7.5 that should explain how to set this up.

Q: How can I include more then one day in the same distribution?
A: You can combine distributions by clicking in the X-Axis of the data you wish to include, holding down your left mouse button, and dragging the data into the distribution you wish to include it into. To better illustrate, please see the below screenshots.

Once I combine thse 2 days for example how do I undo them to go back to regular daily profiles?

Also when you work out Value Area is is based on Volume or on TPO letters?

Just click on the green OK to reset the chart (to remove the combined distributions.)

The Value Area is based on TPO's. If there's a tie for the highest TPO's, then the VA is volume is used as a tie-breaker.

Jay,

Any plans to have the Volume at Price feature which is next to the MP be segmented?

Just as the TPO's can be set to a different color could the volume be segmented to 30 min intervals and color coded?
