  • Hiding Price Scale Values (fr Yahoo Groups)

    Hi Earl,

To hide certain values on the price scale, bring your cursor over the price scale and right click. This will give you a dialog box that you can then select which indicator values you want to show/hide.

If you want to hide a specific value within the Stochastic study, like the %K, but want the %D to show, that is not possible at this time.

Depending on how badly Earl wants to eliminate one specific value out of the Stochastic (and possibly other indicators) there is actually a workaround. Not pretty but it works.

Create two Stochastics, then in one of them change the color of %K (for example) to white.
Merge the two Stochastics making sure to drag the one with the white %K on top of the other one.
Go to the Price Pane and deselect one of the two Stochastics (one may need to experiment as to which of the two needs to be deselected).
Anyhow the result is that the %K line is visible but not its value while the value of %D remains instead visible (see attached image)
