We were wondering if any user had run across an ISP that limited their bandwidth to such a degree that it impaired the use of a system like eSignal. Here's a support page from an ISP in Australia that discusses volume caps.
As far as we know, we have not had a user report a problem such as this so we're curious if this issue is just limited to certain specific ISPs or regions. Any experiences to offer?
