I followed the link and saw the picture of the
chart, but I'm not sure how to build it. Can you point me in the
right direction of how to make the chart.

Create a New Advanced Chart
With that chart selected just type the symbol you want. This will open a Symbol Dialog box
In the Interval type T (or t)
Click OK or press Enter
This will change the chart to Bid/Ask/trade

Note: If you already have a chart open and selected just type
,T or ,t
This will also open the Symbol Dialog box where you will see T (or t) in the interval.
Click OK or press Enter

In the eSignal Toolbar select Line Chart icon (alternatively right click the chart and from the context menu select Chart Type->Line)

If you want to change the appearance right click the chart again and select Edit Studies. This will open the Properties for the Tick Chart
