Problems with time and sales

I just downloaded 7.6 b3 and I'm having trouble getting streaming time and sales data.

When I open the futures_times_sales window and enter a contract code, I get data but it is static and doesn't stream.

If was working yesterday on the Hang Seng, but simply stopped working and I haven't been able to make it function properly since.

Anyone else having problems? Any suggestions?
