that worked as normal and brought me to the porfolio page. from there i clicked on the "LiveCharts" button (upper right on the page) and after a moment received a "Login Failure" message, charts would not load. had never seen or experienced this before
logged out, cleared the cache, closed the browser (Firefox) and tried again, same result. was reluctant to erase the LiveCharts cookies because all chart settings would be lost. i believe on a subsequent attempt i even rebooted the computer, same result. finally erased the LiveCharts cookies and was then able to get the charts to load
i'm assuming the cookies had been corrupted somehow, sometimes there is no choice but to start from scratch . . . .
