EMA offset

Hi there,

There's a thread, "Development Update: May 5, 2008", mentioned that moving average offset will be implemented soon and it was posted on March 24th, 2008.

Is this feature implemented yet? If so, how do I use it because I don't see it when I'm using the moving average indicators.
