technical screener

I am just wondering if somebody can help me with applying screener with those conditions
1) RSI crossing the 50 line upward, MACD crossing over 0 upward , CCI crossing the -100 upward ..in an up going trend
2) double bottom\top screeners
3) head and shoulders
4) trending up\down
