NOT ENT for EURONEXT

Hi,
Just subscribed to LiveQuotes.
Web based app works fine for Nasdaq stocks but on each Euronext or LSE stock, I get a "NOT ENT"?
Do I need to add something to my subscription or did I get the wrong one?

Chances are that the LIFFE exchanges may not have been added to your account. To check the permissioning of your account, you can click on the Account Maintenance button at the bottom of the Market Center window. From the Account Maintenance screen, you can add any additional exchanges to the account.
