1 Bid Size and Ask Size has 00 omitted. Size includes 00. Make it consistent. Drop the 00 on Size

2 Agree that indexes should be in a seperate area. Volume columns and change today columns take up much more space in indexes than stocks but you don't need some of the coluumns that you do with stocks such as bid and ask

I realize this appears somewhat inconsistent but that is the industry standard. In fact, I can't recall ever seeing those three size fields displayed in any other manner. My guess is that since the bid and ask size is often displayed like 1x1 or 20x30 that it was a way to use less real estate. Just a guess but I don't think we'd change that since it's such a standard practice.
