I have never used Qcharts but I'm thinking about trying it.
Can any of you tell me if Qcharts has Volume based charts. In other words, volume charts are where each candlestick represents a specified volume, such as 10000, 40000, etc that you manually set? Normal charts use time periods for each candlestick like 5 min, 1 min, 60 min, but in volume charts, each candlestick is represented by a specified volume rather than a time frame.
I use volume charts all the time in Tradestation for ES futures and I think volume charts, sometimes make really 'clean' charts. Sometimes divergences or other things become apparent on volume charts than on standard time based charts.
So does Qcharts offer volume based charts as an option?
thanks.
