Regarding Post Market hinkeyness, in addition to previously reported issues like invalid updating of Daily Bars, Last, and Net, here's one I haven't noticed before. Seems the program can't decide which bar to update...the current bar or one backwards in time. See attached animated .GIF. The back-in-time bar is 16:00 bar in 5min chart.
And one can see in the Snapshot window Last flipping twix last ETH trade and the real RTH close of 308.78. Of course when Last changes, so does Net. Hard to have confidence in a symbol list post market (personal Watch List or Hotlist) when Last and Net can be invalid at any given point in time.
