Is qcharts 6 not the real problem? But the new servers are?
Hope this helps in some way.
- Logged onto Q6 before market open and my quote file which contains 180 symbols has mysteriously deleted symbols, replaced symbols with the $ sign (bnk-tc becomes $bnk) and doubled up some of the new $ symbols (bnk-tc becomes $bnk and then another $bnk) the 2nd $bnk often replacing a different orignal quote sheet symbol ($bnk replacing bnk-tc and also replacing the next above or below symbol with $bnk)
Of the 180 symbols in the chart 12 were replaced with $symbols.
When the symbols are changed to what they should be they often will convert back to $symbols.
-Opened Q5 and it logged onto ip226-210.esignal.com.23100
Volumes are totaly wrong (vms-vc shows 12,000 traded when in fact it has traded 137,000) A cc11sc-lycos server shows the proper volume but takes awhile to load charts.
Hope this helps in some way.
