Normally when I start QCharts there is always some information in the bottom section of login screen letting me know if the Qcharts team is having some problems ie. symbol changes, that they are working on.
Now all that is showing up is a Page cannot be found error.
After I login, if I click on the System Status Button the customer Portal Window pops up with the same Page cannot be found error.
Now the rest of the Customer Portal buttons will bring up the correct page ie. Contents, FAQ and Contact us.
Also changing the SYM box to green on the Customer Portal and clicking on a stock symbol in a quote sheet would bring up that companies news. It not doing that now.
Is anyone else seeing this?
