Time & Sales window losses link to chart

Whenever I close down Qcharts version 6.0.3.1413 and reopen all of my 12 time and sales windows which were linked to 12 charts are blank. Charts load ok but not time and sales. I have to unlock each time and sales window and reload each symbol. A real pain. Called tech support and was told "that's a bug". How about a quick fix, been doing this for over a month. Running win xp64 bit on I7 core, 6 gig memory. Any solution?
