6.1 unable to listen= no data

Once again I am getting the message unable to listen when i bring up 6.1. What to do???

Sorry for the delayed response. I have a couple of questions so that we can try and prevent this in the future.

When getting the message is it coming from QCharts or the Data Manager?

How are you Connecting to the internet? Cable Modem, DSL, work internet with Proxy?

Are you using a firewall?
