FWIW, I'm seeing Integers - - whole numbers (not decimals) for $TICK in the T&S of 1896
Can you upgrade to 1896 and/or post a screen cap of what you're seeing?

I am seeing every negative $TICK displayed in Time&Sales
and charts (the Price Label) as -XXX.999
edit: Shut down Qcharts and restarted -- problem disappeared!
