No Charts showing

I installed version 6.2.0.1896 yesterday on my new laptop and charts were showing. But, late in the evening and today, the program starts but with no charts. I clicked on some some symbols with no success. Any help?

I have version 6.1.0 on my older computer and the charts are working!!
