Intraday charts

I'm seeing huge dips in 10/20's data on all the cash symbols I've looked at. For example, my intraday charts say that FDX opened yesterday at 39.06 and on shorter charts, there are several huge gaps as it gets back up to where it was. I've seen this on index symbols, too.

My intraday charts are unusable because of this.

Can somebody please take a look at this?
