Time and sales has no bid/ask during the day?

When I open a new time and sales, I get all the trade data, but I don't get the best bid and the best ask, EXCEPT after-hours. Very strange.

I don't have any filters checkmarked. I see all trades from all exchanges. And I see bids and asks after-hours but not during the day. Can anyone help?
