CBOE Indices not updating

It is 20 minute past the open and none of
$VIX, $VXN, $VXAPL, etc have updated since yesterday.

OK, 6:56 am, finally got updates. Is this the
old "Throttling data at the open" problem??

Not throttling related, was an internal issue and should now be resolved. For further updates please check the announcement forum.

Apparently not. Weds, now, 15 min into the session.
Same problem as yesterday -- no CBOE indices

The issue you are seeing is actually not related to the issues going on yesterday if you are still seeing the problem. A call to tech support might be in order here as this appears to be working fine on our servers that I spot checked. One of our reps can check the connection and the server you are connecting to and we can get this resolved for you.
