VIX options and futures settlement -- VRO -- not correctly reported

This important settlement index, which is updated once a month, is *not* an integer.
Qcharts incorrectly reports todays value as 17, and all historical values as integers.
Today's correct value is 17.21, and it is generally an index with the form XXX.XX

Exact same problem as last month. $VRO should be 14.12 *not* 14

It looks like this is an issue that is just in QCharts as I'm not able to duplicate this in eSignal. Development on QCharts has stopped and the QCharts features have been added to the eSignal program. You may want to try the eSignal application to see if this will work better for you.
