I downloaded QCharts 6.0.2 and the Latest QLink Beta (qlink.1167.exe). After installing both the software, and launching QLink I get the error message "Account not entitled for QLink. Please contact customer service for assistance".
So as per the instruction I contacted customer service and the person on the other end didnt even know what QLink was. I requested transfer to Technical Support and they tried to work the issue with me. After an hour on the phone with technical support and them trying to figure out if there is an additional entitlement that could be added to the account they asked me to post a message in this forum saying that there is not additional bit that they could add to my account to enable QLink. QLink should work by default and this seems like a product issue.
Any thoughts?
