Time and sales streaming impossible

Hello,

I use my own DDE Client to receive TS from QLink with this parameters:
Service=QLink
Topic=TS
Item=ES #F,1,TCPS

then connect and start advise.

Connection to QLink is established but no TS data.

If I then start Excel with formula entrie
=QLink|TS!'ES #F,1,TCPS'
then DDE Client receive TS.

With eSignal DDE Server my DDE Client work fine and without Excel:
Service=WINROS
Topic=LAST
Item=ES #F


Is it not possible use QLink with other DDE Clients ?
