I'd been successfully using QLink and QCharts concurrently until about 10 days ago. Then if QLink was open and I tried to start QCharts, the latter would just hang. If I tried opening QCharts first and then QLink, things would start well and eventually end with the Visual Basic "Run-time error '-2147220973 (80040213)': The transport failed to connect to the server." At that point I upgraded QCharts to .1757. This helped QCharts start regardless of whether QLinks was already live or not. Unfortunately, the upgraded to the latest version of QCharts has done nothing to eliminate that pesky VB error.
Is the inability to run QCharts and QLink concurrently intentional? Believing/hoping not, is there a suggestion for how to fix this?
Thank you.
