Qlink data doesn't match with eSignal OnDemand data

I recently subscribed to QLink (in addition to previous subscription of eSignal OnDemand). This may be a silly question, but some data in eSignal OnDemand (Watch List) does not match with that of QLink.

For example at 7:34 pm EST (2/5/2014), for "QTY H5", here's the details

OnDemand: last 129'275 bid 129'275 ask 129'280
Qlink: last 129.8594 bid 129.8595 ask 129.875

Why would this be?
