naked short selling SHO report

There has been some legal tools implemented by the SEC and NASD to help report stocks that are being shorted but "failed to deliver" ( naked short selling). the report list the stocks that have open "naked shorts" on them this list is Reg.SHO. this is a very powerful report and will help you identify stocks that are being manipulated to the down side. this is what killed Lehman and others.

Does any one know how to get this report?
