TS 2000i version 5.00.0557

Hello, I am new to Esignal and this forum. I am experiencing difficulty linking Esignal data manager and TS 2000i prosuite version 5.00.0557. The Esignal Plugin installation failes to install and reports that I must have globalserver version 5.00.0822

Any help from the forum would be appreciated.

As you already know the eSignal Plugin requires TS2k/PS2k with Service Pack 5 (version 5.00.0822). You can get this either directly from TradeStation as a full installation CD or as a Service Pack update from the site indicated in this post. To install the Service Pack 5 update you need to have Service Pack 4 installed (links also provided in the aforementioned post) which in turn requires Service Pack 3c (version 5.00.0707). The latter is only available from Omega as a full installation CD and since you have Service Pack 2c installed the only solution I know of is to contact TradeStation to request the upgrade(s)
