Hello List,
Can someone help me to understand why i'm getting the following message when I login to Global Server:
Error:
Your symbol exceeds that authorized by your password. Please limit your symbols accordingly or the eSignal Data Mgr will do so during its midnight run. If you like to track more symbols, you must request a service upgrads.
I've subscribtion to Forex data only, with 80 symbols in GS, and my understanding is that data Mgr for 1 user is 200 Symbols.
eSignal Tech support is no help.
