Sevice Pack 5

Every time I try to install SP5 it unbundles 95% of the files then stops. Then I get an error message say my Temp folder is full (which it isn't). I had this problem on another machine and its caused by a pesky .ini file in the temp dir, but this not the case.

Any body else encountering this?
