2000i update error message

I am getting the "not enough free space in the temp folder" error message when installing service pack 5 update. I saw the link to the Tradestation page to solve this problem but it does not mention the "XP" platform and I'm not good enough to figure it out myself, help!

The instructions for Windows 2000 are applicable also to Windows XP as the directory/file structure is the same.
