Downloading Hang Seng Future

Hi, I am using TS2000i, build 0822 with eSignal plug in 4081.

I've added HKFE to the list of available exchanges, and I try to download tick and 1 minute data for "HSI G8" and "HSI G8-HKF".

In the progress windows, I do see 1 minute downloading, and 0 tick data. However when I go to view the 1 minute data, it does not get loaded into the Global Server.

I am not permissioned for HKFE. Is it possible that is why I cannot download this data?
