Noticed a number of problems w/ the plugin:

1) After installing the activeX plugin, the option to download from HistoryBank is shaded out and can no longer be selected (I need to update my EOD NYSE listed stocks and downloading from HistoryBank is orders of magnitude faster than the plugin).

Only when i uninstall the plugin, does the download from HistoryBank option become selectable again.

How can i continue to download from HistoryBank while the plugin is installed?

2)THe GS status bar can no longer be viewed even if selected from the GS View->Status Bar option is selected

You can't other than by uninstalling the ActiveX Plugin. FWIW the same was true of Uniserver and in my understanding is needed to allow for the complete integration of the program with GlobalServer.
Also FWIW TradeStation Technologies has given no assurance for the continuation of the HISTORYBANK service past December 2003 so this may be a moot point.
