Open interest

I currently run TS2000i and just last week started receiving my data from Esignal. I finally got the download to work thanks to the user threads that were posted. However, I'm having a problem with receiving open interest on futures contracts. I have Esignal end of day and the sales rep. told me I should be able to receive that data. I have been able to receive daily prices and volume.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do to receive open interest? Thanks.
