ESignal data
I have just converted to using ESignal end of day data and have downloaded the new plug in. The plug in works great to get historical data but is very slow when it comes to updating the daily activity.
I was told by a TS2000i representative that I should see the data feed saying DBC Online and after 4:00pm when I log back on to ESignal the data should be begin to collect and should update my charts. I have the charts connected that I want data for but still no update. The ESignal data manager does connect.
Can anyone offer any advise why the data that is being collected
into the Global Server in TS2000i is not flowing into connected charts? Thanks.
