GS still not correct

THanks it works nearly everything back to normanl from backup could not restore custom symbols had to manually imput these again. several questions.

1. how can I prevent this happening again as GS still freezes up will oonly handle one symbol at a time something is not right.

2. Still cannot download US Dollar symbols ie USD A0-FX or USDJPY A0-FX etc all the other currencies dowload.

3. As mentioned how can I restore custom symbol list from bbackup.

Hello,

I dont know USDJPY. To show Japanese/USD you have to take
JPY A0-FX.

I can get all the othere majors and crosses accept US Dollar I am using USD A0-FX and USDJPY A0-FX etc syntax but still no data?
