Can you use #F Continuous contracts with 2000i and Global Server? I can't figure out how to get GS to accept them and can find no other help topics that match. Thanks

Yes you can. If you already have the contracts set up in GlobalServer you could simply change the symbol and the expiration pattern to No Expiration (if I remember correctly it is the very last of the Patterns).
If instead you need to set them up from scratch the easiest solution is probably to set them up as a specific contract then change them as described above.
Lastly if you would prefer to set these contracts up as an index (or a stock) rather than a future (thus being able to have both) you can find an example in the document Setting up ES as Stock or Index.mht which is available here
