No data available for date range

I am trying to get esignal to work for TS2000 for the first time. So pardon the basic question. I have had similar msg with TS7 at the beginning but was able to understand why. I subscribe to Eurex, I get Dax future data no problem, but when I call Eurostoxx or Bund I get the hated msg "no data available for selected date range". I only ask for live tick or min data. Any simple reason? Thanks.

I would like to point out that a brief exchange with the on-line help service allowed me to sort the problem out. I didn't have the right symbol in my portfolio as there are discrepancies btwn the GS dictionary and the esignal list.
