ES #F Intervals

I am reasonably new to CCI, but enjoying learning immensly. I have been trading mainly ES and NQ up until now, what intervals do you recommend using as a beginner. I am finding 3 and 5 mins a little noisy and 10 mins seems to miss some opportunities ?

Or is it that ES might not be the best instrument to start with on CCI ? So far I seemed to have more success using the ghost than say the Shamu or the ZLR ?

rogerha..we have not been trading es or nq in room now for about 10 months, reason is why trade a vehicle that has small range..ex:es = 450$...er = 900$....euro = 1300$ why trade es...cci works on them all so choose best range

I was talking to Matt B from France about this exact thing, and they put me onto the Russell (AB #F), but if I am trading e-minis through IB, what is the best way to trade the Euro? Do I need a currencies account, or is there E-Mini or future you have in mind you like to trade? I think it is a great idea for the trading community to be up to speed on what offers the most potential, thanks for bringing this to mind.

you can trade currencies threw IB on globex try euro currency if you have globex that will do it...the ym is also tradeable with cci thats from ecbot..check your exchanges and see what they offer
