Hi,
How would i automate a very simple breakout strategy using an integrated broker such as IB? In a nutshell, i want a buy stop sent at the high of the time period + 1 AND a sell stop sent at the low of the breakout period -1 with all trades being closed/cancelled at a certain time? I currently do this manually using the efs located as the attached file as i couldnt find the post.
On the same idea, but for a different instrument, i want to send EITHER a buy OR sell stop (+/- 1) at the extreme of a certain time frame with order being cancelled at a certin time?
Is there a way to put in a code to the exisiting efs to send an order or would i need a developer to write specific code to do this?
