Paper trade Instructions

I have looked around for more info on how to set-up the paper trading with efs. I am running into one issue though. (so far)

All the calls seem to be coming through on the order ticket ok. The problem is they only come in as pending and not executed.

I have looked at the esig manual and it shows little details as far as settings for the "order ticket designer."

Another thing as far as EFS Broker functions:

There is:

buyMarket
sellMarket
sellShortMarket

What do we use to cover a short?

buyMarket ?
buyCoverMarket ?


Can someone point me to some detailed documentation?
