Communication between esignal and IB's TWS is delayed

The TWS was recently upgraded on my machine. Since that time, the communication between the IB plugin and TWS has slowed down to 10 seconds from being almost instanteneous.

I checked with IB's api tech support and they are pointing to a error in the log file. Here is the error message:

Is this a known issue?
