An unusual bug was also found with the TranAct Bridge: The TransAct servers are shutdown on the weekend for maintenance. TransAct/Infinity users trying to connect eSignal during this shutdown period might experience freezing of eSignal if their TransAct Bridge is set to automatically connect.
Work around for this is to have users manually stop the TransAct from connecting by going to_Trade>TransAct>Disconnect. By disconnecting before exiting, eSignal will remember this setting and not try and establish a connection when it is launched the next time. This setting would stay in effect until the users reversed it by exiting eSignal with the plug-in connected. A second workaround should the user find themselves in this _situation on a weekend is to remove the connection from the Plug-in Configurator. To access the Configurator outside of eSignal go to Windows Start>All Programs>eSignal>Plug in Configurator highlight and delete the TransAct connection.
