Changing the time length for backtesting

Ive noticed that everytime i do a backtest it will only backtest my strategy for one week. Now just about every strategy i test i use a 5 minute chart so is there away i can get my strategy to backtest for at least a month so i can get a bigger subset of data for testing.

The Backtesting relies on the Time Template so you need to change the settings there

Following up on my prior reply.
When in Back Testing mode you don't necessarily have to use the same Time Template of the chart on which you are running the test.
You could - for example - create a completely separate Time Template for back testing purposes only, which you would then select from the drop down list in the Back Testing dialog box.
