Chart Appearance

Hi all,

I have attached an image of a chart of a stock that I have been trading today. You will notice that the bars are very short indicating that there is little range. Can someone tell me if that is the same view of the chart that they get on their esignal platform. I have played around with 'Scaling' but I can't get the bars to appear longer.

Thanks for responding. I have managed to figure it out - the problem appeared to be with the way I open the chart on my screen.
