Default Alert Sound

Hello all,

I'm still around. I hope you're all well.

Anyway, I wonder if someone could let me know why the default alert sound, in the Alert Edit/Status dialogue box won't work. At the moment the only way I can get it to sound an alert is to manually edit the symbol in the dialogue box and click on select sound.

As always you're help is appreciated.

You may want to check if you actually have a default sound set. To do this select View->Alerts from the main menu then in the Alert Edit/Status window put a check mark in Audio Alerts and click the Select Sound... button. If the box in the Select Sound window is empty click Browse and select the sound file you want as the default.
