Minimum Loss on Mini-Silver

The way I'm reading the specs on the mini-silver contract is that the minimum loss to a trader is $1? Or is there a higher minimum movement on this contract?

It is $1.00 ie. $0.001/oz.(min tick) x 1000 troy oz.(contract size)
