This weekly trading education article written by Dr. Anthony Trongone provides an insight tool to study the developing Shanghai stock market in China--- a country where I'm from.
Ever since Spring Festival in China early this year in February, Shanghai stock market generated its hot climing trend until end of May, when it suffered a sudden drop. But then it got back to climbing track quickly in June and kept hot during the following 100 days, despite of slight drop occationally.
However, in the past 5 trading days, its index drop from 6000 to 5000. Does this mean an impending risk for a sharp drop or an opportunity to buy-in for a long-position trader?
Let's keep an eye on it and look forward to reading Dr. Anthony Trongone's next educational article.
